Ya have to be inventive to hang 15' long sections of ductwork by yourself... *

Then ya get the other end in the air. Simple....right???? *

Ya hoist another 15' section, level it, attach it to the first with a reducer, attach the permanent straps.....again....simple *

Have a special piece made, cut up some of the duct, whack yourself in the nose with it and draw blood....and you're done! *

Inside unit in place and hooked up (actually blowing cold at this point!) *

The outside unit hooked up and running (yes, in my "spare time" I poured the pad from 5 80lb bags of Maximizer) *

Then ya get a Hilti gun, hang your azz off of a 6' ladder next to an already 9' drop, and start shooting metal studs up to build a 50' long wall. *

What, you may ask, is this door doing opening out over a 9' drop? There will be a FIRE POLE on the shop side of this door for an emergency exit from the living quarters. *
